World Wellness Group is looking for a Hindi speaking community engagement worker. This is a part-time position (2 days per week) and ideally suits someone living on Brisbane’s northside or who has good networks within the Indian communities on the northside.
The community engagement worker will reach out to older adults from Indian backgrounds to inform them about home care supports and aged care services. There is a focus on reaching socially isolated elderly people.
You will work as part of a team to organize information seminars for multicultural communities about aged care and healthy aging. These seminars are non-commercial and free of charge.
