Our GP clinic offers the following services that are bulk billed and have ‘no gap’ fees.

The 2021 flu-vax is now available. It is free to certain groups and only $20 for everyone else.


Please note that you will need to wait two weeks between your flu-vax and COVID-19 vaccination.

Medical appointments are bulk billed. 

Overseas visitors and international students – please bring your health insurance card. There is no gap fee charged.

Mental health – no gaps fees charged and are arranged via Medicare or PHN funded specialist multicultural therapies programs

Some fees can be incurred outside of a consultation, including for the preparation of patient health records, these fees are always discussed prior to billing. 

All fees are payable at the time of consultation/service by cash or EFTPOS

We can do some home visits by special prior arrangement and in certain circumstances.  Please ask our staff.

Your doctor will advise when to expect results to be sent to our clinic for your test or procedure.  We may need to book you for a follow-up appointment to discuss the results.

Our GPs may be contacted during normal opening hours.  If the GP is with someone, we will take a message and the GP will call you back.  Please advise us if your call is urgent.

Our clinic is committed to preventative care.  We will ask for your permission to be included in our reminder system.  We may send you a reminder notice offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care.

We use telephone interpreters at no charge to you. Please let us know if you need an interpreter and which language is required.

Your medical information is confidential.  It is the policy of our clinic to maintain the security of personal health information at all times and to ensure this information is only available to authorised members of staff.  We abide by the 10 National Privacy Principles.

We value receiving your feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve our service. There are a number of ways you can provide feedback:

For service providers: if you need to make an appointment for your client with our doctors, the procedure is to simply send us an email

We focus on you as a whole person and take a team approach with our practitioners to ensure you receive the best possible health care combining conventional and traditional medicine. We invite you to participate in our illness prevention and wellness programs as our aim is not only to treat your illness but to help and support you to stay well.

Our mission is to provide access to health care for socially disadvantaged groups in our community, we specialise in working with multicultural population groups and we welcome everyone regardless of their background.  There may be some specific discreet service projects that have been specifically funded for a population group.  These change over time.  It is best to ask us what is available to suit your needs.
