Multicultural Connect Line

Support and information to find aid, assistance and mental health services in your language. A Queensland-wide service for people from multicultural backgrounds whose lives have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Covid-19 Vaccine

The COVID-19 vaccine is safe and effective and will protect you from COVID-19. All vaccines given in Australia have passed tests to prove they are safe and work well. The COVID-19 vaccine is free and you can choose to have the vaccine or not.


Bulk Billing Available.

All visits to our doctors will be bulk-billed for holders of a current Medicare card. We have both male and female practitioners. Some of our practitioners are bilingual or multilingual.

Opening Hours

When we are closed, we recommend National Home Doctor Service (ph 13 74 25) who provide us with a report so that we can follow up during the day. This service is bulk billed.

Yes, we welcome all members of our community to our clinic.

Yes, all GP services are bulk billed. We do not charge a gap fee for medical services.

Yes and no. For some services you will not and for others you will require a mental health care plan. Please email the Mental Health Service


No, you can book in directly.

You can expect to be welcomed by our caring staff and to receive a confidential and respectful service. We focus on you as a whole person and take a team approach with our practitioners to ensure you receive the best possible health care combining conventional and traditional medicine. We invite you to participate in our illness prevention and wellness programs as our aim is not only to treat your illness but to help and support you to stay well.

Our mission is to provide access to health care for socially disadvantaged groups in our community, we specialise in working with multicultural population groups and we welcome everyone regardless of their background.  There may be some specific discreet service projects that have been specifically funded for a population group.  These change over time.  It is best to ask us what is available to suit your needs.
