We have worked for many years with the lived experience voice at the centre, which led to the development of a Multicultural Lived Experience Framework that embeds the unique lived and living experiences of consumers. We have done years of capability development with multicultural peer support workers and consumers, to support them to engage with advisory and engagement processes in respectful, equitable and professional relationships that are not tokenistic and superficial.
