Mental Health Service
The Mental Health Service provides a well-planned stepped care service that may use any of the programs below. It is an evidence-based service, using a rigorous intake and triage system. This means that after we assess your needs, we match the level of intensity of our support to your unique needs.
Problem Management + ( PM+) is a multicultural brief therapy program
Multicultural Psychological Therapies (mild to moderate)
Culture In Mind – community-based program providing psychosocial support including social, emotional and mental wellbeing to culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) people who reside in the Greater Brisbane region.
Better Access Program – for people with a mental disorder to receive up to ten individual and up to ten group allied mental health services per calendar year. These services are generally provided in courses of treatment, with each course of treatment involving up to six therapy sessions provided by a mental health practitioner.
Psychological Therapies for International Students – for international students with private health cover who are looking for culturally tailored and safe mental health support.
