We work with individuals, family, and carers and provide:

  • Personalised individual support
  • Mutual support and self help, both individual and/or group
  • Group support

Examples of our work include:

  • One-on-one counselling to develop an individual plan so we can work together to achieve your practical needs, goals, and aspirations
  • Hosting information and education sessions that you can attend to learn about specific health issues
  • Your choice of individual or group work for you, your family members, and/or carers
  • The Problem Management Plus (PM+) program. This is low-level psychological support for clients on the North Side of Brisbane
